Super Foods for Super Pets
MicroDried offers innovative 100% fruit and vegetable ingredient solutions in 40 different varieties – but with a certain subset of their products offered specifically for pet food applications. Letting the Pet Food Industry know, let’s just say it was “super” fun. We wanted to tie in the super benefits of MicroDried fruits and vegetables to make your favorite furry friends super. Whether as add-ons or mix-ins, these products can be easily incorporated into any pet food recipe. Based on the Super Pets theme, we designed print and digital ads, sales literature, e-blasts, and tradeshow assets leading people to a landing page to get their Super Pets product sample kit.
Who’s Ready To Treat?
Mainly for their Pet Food specific tradeshows, but also as a complementary campaign, we wanted to develop a broader message of Ready-to-Eat so food developers (and you) are Ready to Treat. This works well as a clean inviting set of visuals that gets people’s attention and creates conversations about how MicroDried products can add color, taste, texture and nutritional benefits into a variety of pet food applications. The pop-up graphics give a clean and bright general message that anchor the space along with a tie-in leading to the main website or landing page.
Initial Results:
A preshow e-blast to 125 Petfood Forum attendees produced a 54% open rate with 34% CTOR (minimum track stats due to privacy settings), and over 30 new leads have been added from at-show and post-PFF marketing activities. We’ve seen over 150 clickthrough visits through online ad efforts, generating at least 500 pageviews of pet food application-related webpages on the MicroDried site.
