Case Study
Summary:
The Staley Co., a supplier of aviation test equipment located in New York, reached out to our agency (due to a client referral) to help them with an update of their brand message and redesign their aging-out website. Redefining their brand position as a leading manufacturer of customized aircraft ground support testing systems was a key starting point in our branding strategy, and we needed to solidify their regional base in the Northeastern US while expanding their presence on a more national and global level. This shift in brand message carried over into the complete redesign of their website, which now includes more visuals of the equipment they make and the types of aircraft they serve.
We also streamlined the user experience so that a customer can find their “category” and type of solution in a couple of clicks through the site, and we included auto-populating Quote and Ask functionality so customers can easily submit specific inquiries to Staley, and the sales team knows which webpages or sample galleries helped prompt the inquiry – cutting down on the ‘usual Q&A’ qualification process. When we were tasked with this project, Staley admitted they were seeing “maybe 1 or 2 inquiries per month”. But since the launch of our new StaleyCo.com they happily inform us they’re now getting “multiple quality leads and quote requests on a weekly basis” (over 100 so far) which, for custom capital equipment like theirs (and especially during these “current times” we’re all in), is quite the improvement.
